National Volunteer Week 2023

National Volunteer Week is an annual celebration to acknowledge the generous contribution of our nation’s volunteers

From 15–21 May 2023, thousands of events will be held across the country to say thank you to the 6 million Australians who volunteer their time. The week-long celebration will include breakfasts, morning/afternoon teas, and luncheons, as well as open days, award ceremonies, picnics, forums, training sessions and more.

Volunteering Sunshine Coast supports National Volunteer Week each year and acknowledges the in valuable contribution made across the region through its Volunteer of the Year Awards.
